Postage / Shipping cost
All orders to mainland UK are delivered FREE! Please bear this in mind if comparing our prices with other websites. Orders to other UK addresses (Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands etc) are also free up to 2kg but are charged at a flat £5 above this weight . If your order is over 2kg (only a small proportion of our orders are), the charge will show when you go through checkout, and you can abandon your purchase if it is not acceptable. Channel Islands customers, be sure to choose the “UK – Channel Islands” option on the drop down country menu at the start of checkout to ensure you do not pay VAT!
Shipping on Overseas orders is charged according to the destination and the approximate weight of your order. Once you have filled your shopping basket, go to checkout and select destination country from the drop down menu near the top of the first checkout page. The shipping charge will be displayed – and you can abandon purchase if it is unacceptable. The system has been set up to charge as closely as possible to real cost. If you are put off by a shipping cost which seems very high, feel free to email us and we will investigate if our automated system has got it wrong! This is only really likely to happen on very large orders. |
